FAQs

Why are tickets required for entry?

The increase in event management and health & safety requirements of Music in the Park has meant the format of previous years wasn't sustainable. In order for the event to continue, it needed to change. The event is organised by Friends of Belle Vue Park (FOBV), a voluntary community charity (Charity No. 1109145) that supports Belle Vue Park through enhancements and regular events. The event has attracted around 1,500 people in recent years. Significant costs include insurance, medical cover, stage & sound hire, security, toilets and more. Funds raised from ticket sales go towards these costs, with any surplus used for park improvements or community events.

Thank you for your support and understanding!
