Penarth's newest rock stars, Vesper! Mel, Rhys & Meg, a group of friends, with a passion for creating music. Bringing covers of old and new songs for people of all ages, as well as original tracks that are sure to be future big hits.
Karmen Field are a passionate foursome playing original songs, inspired by the grunge of the 90s, infused with alternative metal, hailing from Penarth! Head banging bass grooves, hard hitting beats, riffs for days with a powerful alto at the helm. We've been known to juxtapose our heavier sound with colourful and unpredictable performances. You might remember us from our performance last year! If not, Check out our locally filmed music videos, for Benighted and Sticky Jam on YouTube.
All-girl acoustic trio Three O’Clock Club formed in 2019 after crossing paths performing in session bands around South Wales. Three O’Clock Club throw acoustic pop with laid back soul; party bangers with nineties rock - all wrapped up with a wink and cheeky smile. Promoting their vocal harmonies and outstanding musicianship, Three O’Clock Club have been in huge demand since day 1, performing at festivals, live events and weddings up and down the UK.
Hugely popular local favorites, played at every Music in the Park festival so far. All the right notes, not necessarily in the right order. Available for funerals, bar mitzvahs, and arenas! A mixture of great covers, something for everyone. Don't miss this lot!
Simon Buck and Shirani James have been performing together as Buck Shizz for the past few years. Both have influences that span punk to funk to jazz to pop to rock, and have been playing covers and original material either solo, together or with others for some time now. This will be the first time that they've officially played at Belle Vue as previously Shirani has been unable to attend. This year they will be ably assisted by “old Penarthians” Simon Adams, Steve Best and Gareth Jones. Together they will be playing an eclectic festival set to mark the occasion.
